“Remarkable” — LA Times
Son is a 2021 Irish-American horror thriller film written by Ivan Kavanagh, with script editing by Paul Ingoldsby. It stars Emile Hirsch (Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, Into the Wild) and Andi Matichak (Halloween, Halloween Kills, Halloween Ends). The film follows a young boy who contracts a mysterious illness that may have a link to a satanic cult to which his mother once belonged.
